Twisp is the arts and culture center of the Methow. Browse local art galleries, jewelry shops and a print arts studio. Take in a play at the Merc Playhouse Visit TwispWorks--the former Twisp Ranger Station, now home to art studios and the Methow Valley Interpretive Center, a small museum of natural and Native American history of the Methow Valley. The Twisp Park in downtown is a beautiful riverside picnic park, dog-friendly and with both a playground and the Methow Valley's only public pool. Nearby hikes will take you to panoramic views of the Sawtooth and North Cascades ranges. Climb to alpine lakes or wander beside the river.
